    What's special

Contact me for an application ahead of time, if you like. 583 B 59th Street will be available as early as September 4th. The house is .5 miles to Rockridge BART and a bit closer than that to the TransBay Bus/Casual Carpool. Coming back from SF, that is the first stop on the bus line, so you don't have to wait for all those annoying stops that aren't yours. Cooler than you think. This is a pretty fancy schmancy place, and I hope you like it. It has lots of mighty fine goodies. Each bedroom has a very large closet, which is harder to find than most people think. I call it a two bedroom. Which it is. But it also has a small room that can be used for additional storage. There is also a LAUNDRY ROOM with machines included. The kitchen has a really nice gas stove and convection oven that you are likely to find in design magazines - if anyone reads those. Stylish hood over the stove. The neighborhood is stylish too, I suppose. I hope you like to cook. Some people just heat their food. It should be cooked. Not just warmed up. There are websites that can help you with this. The bathroom has a tub/shower and nice fixtures. You'll like it. The living room is good sized, and is open to the kitchen, so you can talk to whomever is making the good food in there. Whomever is the correct word. I thought about it. Plusses: really nice unit with laundry (not shared) and killer kitchen. Central heat - gas. Gas stove. I soundproofed between the units as part of the renovation. Landlord pays water, trash and gardener. Minuses: street parking, no yard, but lots of roof for a patio garden - the current tenants have done a great job with that. There is also a community garden and park across street. Neutral: this is not a house, this is a unit in a triplex - very nice tenant-neighbors in each of the units. Email me and I will send you an application. I can show it most anytime with a little notice for current tenants. Thanks, Tom Owner pays gardener, trash and water.
