I am looking for great tenants for my home in Lakewood. This home has a great location in a quiet neighborhood! It is 3 minutes to the Lamar Light Rail Station and the 40 West Arts District, 6 minutes to Sloan Lake, and 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The one bedroom one bathroom home has a wonderful kitchen and a mudroom with a washer and dryer. There is a huge fenced in yard for gardening and an outdoor run for chickens. The yard has a built in work bench for projects and a large custom built shed for extra storage. Tenant responsible for trash, water, gas/electric, and internet/cable. Pet rent is $35 a month. There will be a non-refundable $40 charge for a background and credit check if we decide to move forward.
