A full background check is done on applicants. Renter will need to sign a 12 month lease with owner plus an application process with Anchor Associates, HOA manager. There is a $150 appliction fee with Anchor Associates to pre-approve. References required from previous landlord with contact information. Renter is responsible for electrical service with FPL. Cable is included with rent but will require a modem/router plus cable box (not included). The unit is limited from one to two qualified people.
