12 by 24 foot with a 4 foot porch a frame style double 2by4 studs inside and insulated with owens corning 1 inch thick pink panther 4by 8 sheets like you would do dry wall and a metal roof but i did 1 4by 8 wall with 1 inch plywood so you can put a wood stove plus stove pipe through the wall i have 2 lofts in there ror storage and 4 3by3 screen windows and a metel walk in door with window and lock . and i have a 10 by 16 barn style storage building also with 2 windows and a double door for large stuff and two lofts in there and lock the one i stayin has electricity and it is on a really good foundation rocks an gravels and i have a good drainage system behind the building where the rain water comes off the mountain and the creek that flows by my place is across the hard top road rt. 640 and this same creek flows over the big falls at falling springs one mile above me place it is a national land mark on rt.220 maybe 11 miles above covington Va. and lake Moomaw is only 7 miles from me place good fishing and hunting . and me place is fenced between me and my neighbors and rt 640 and i donot flood where i live and i have a good fire pit and a good mail box on the road the hillside is cleared some around my main building but there are some large buckeye trees .and i'am only 11 miles to covington Va. i reduced price from $30.000 to $$28.000 also my road into me place is easy not steep good for winter time AND my road is graveled $ 1.000 dollars worth gravel , i planted 3years ago 12 Green Giant and leyland cypress trees they look pretty some are 8 or 9 feet tall i like evergreens and there is a septic approved by the health dep. paid 10 dollars for paper work,and a spring fed water line in place and water comes from a man who lives maybe 300 or more yards above me he would let the water flow if i ask him there is a tank up there so i was told i have never talked to him been to busy to , it has taken me over 3 years to get this far for i am a Disabled American Veteran And i have had no help iam 68 years old and it is to big a job . the Jackson river is only a mile down the mountain and i would never flood even if the dam at lake moomaw was to fail. my telephone will not work where i live a flip phone and i have hearing loss so please bear with me and if you 'all would like to see me place you can stop by i'am not a early bird please remember ok may God bless Danny Padgett. i will try to get someone to help me to get a picture of me place ok.
