I purchased the home in 2009. It was Fanny May property and was rehabed by the company. New double pane windows, new skim coat of stuccow with new paint, new aircondioner, new cartpet then but now replaced in 2021, laminite floring in the kithen, storage area, front entry,1/2 bath and full bath. All are water proof lainiate. New paint in whole interior in 2022. New water heater in 2017. Furnace has been checked yearly is in excelelnt conditon. Roof is a 40 year composition instaled in 2007-2008, A new service panes installed and I do not know the date. Also there is separate cottage on the propery It is shown in the last 8 pictures. I have rented it for $900 for years. The sq feet is 18 by 28 or 504 sq ft. It is self contained and the renters access the cottage through the breezeway between the garage and main house. The garage is a one car garage with 3/4 storage space above with access by a lowerd step ladder. The springs in the door were replaced in 2019. In the spring there is a great variety of flowers in all the beds lokated on the propery.
