The backyard was a must-have. It is small enough to need little time to maintain. However, we have spent hours out there enjoying the covered patio, the fire pit, and the flowers that we plant each year. I love the shed and outer closet in the backyard. The extra storage space is great! I also like the large closets in the bedrooms. We love the area. It’s close to Denver and close to the mountains. We can see the foothills from the front bedroom. I like having a self-managed HOA. It gives the owners the flexibility to decide what works for them owners without the property management feel of a large complex. All of the “home” schools for this area are within 5 minute drive from our home.
Well-maintained affordable condominium located very convenient location in Arvada. It is near the park, shopping center, school, and Highway 70. THE HOA COVERS ALL UTILITY SEWER, WATER, AND HEAT EXCEPT THE ELECTRICITY. THE HOA ALSO COVERS TRASH, SNOW REMOVAL, ROOF, AND All BUILDING MAINTAINCE AND REPAIR, . HOA JUST CHANGED THE NEW WATERLINE FOR THIS UNIT. The seller only spent around 50 dollars on electricity monthly. Of course, it also depends on the individual owner's usage. This is just for reference. The washer and Dryer are in the unit, But you can remove them at your desire, or the seller could remove them as well. And a little backyard ( HOA owns, but you can use it )provides a little privacy.
