The house is total electric with a heat pump that has been very reliable. I replaced the heatpump compressor last year due to the age of the system and the warranty. That is my profession. the garage door and walls are insulated and finished it is easily heated by the house or a portable propane heater. The 3 large screen TVs  in the master bedroom , gameroom and family room has been prewired so not to expose any cables. The Family room has a resest component wall shelf to eliminate clutter. The main room and halls were re-carpeted 2 years ago. The bedrooms are original carpet and can also be negotiated out of the price as we assumed new owners would prefer to add personal touches. This has been a labor of love and is easy to see in every turn. We have a Community Park and are within 1 mile of Decatur High school and Valley Mills Elementary as well as the local fire station and Carson Park Base ball and recreation field. This is a great place to raise children and be within 10 minutes of downtown Indy. All window Coverings are included the dressings are not. This home is ready to move in and start living.
