The maximum allowed number of occupants is two. Subletting or assignment is prohibited without written consent from the Landlord. The Tenant shall properly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs. The Landlord is responsible for major repairs while the Tenant is responsible for minor repairs up to $100. The Landlord may enter the property with 24 hours' notice for inspections or repairs, except in emergencies where immediate access is permitted.
