If tenants don't pay their rent up to the 15th of the month without submitting a wring notice with good reasons they will be evicted and the tenants are responsible to pay the rent every month until their lease end. We suggest tenants purchase the renter insurance to protect themself belongs. Tenant submit a writing notice about their renting plan for next year to landlord one month in advance of the end of the lease . Tenants agree to cooperate with the landlord showing the property to new tenants in the last month of the lease. Tenants agreed to professional clean the house inside and out side, steam clean the carpet, etc. and return the house in the good condition as good as they moved in.
