The Highland Park apartment was newly renovated at the end of 2019, including new appliances (smart thermostat, high-efficiency furnace, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, etc). Apartment details: * 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen * 3 spacious closets * Private entrance * Private laundry on the first floor (new washer and dryer, purchased in Febuary 2020) * Central air conditioning * Hardwood floors * Large windows, allowing for lots of natural light * The only unit in the building, owners use the garage and storage room on the first floor but the apartment is very private on the second floor * 2 blocks from shops and restaurants on Bryan Street * 1/2 mile to Highland Park The apartment will be furnished with one bed (queen) and the second bedroom is set up as an office. Other furnishings include plants, livingroom furniture, a large wardrobe in the bedroom, flat-screen HD TV, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster oven, lamps, desk, iron, hangers. Unwanted furnishings can be removed upon request. Gas, water/sewage, electricity are included with the rent (as long as usage does not exceed $250/mo). The tenant is responsible for internet and cable. Initially a 3-month agreement, with the option to switch to a month to month rental agreement where either party can terminate the lease with 30 days written notice.
