The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a twin-sized bed. The bathroom features a tub and shower combination,. The vinyl flooring, adorned with area rugs, adds to the cozy ambiance of the house. The small kitchen is equipped to meet your basic culinary needs. We will give tenants with a 3 to 1 gross income ratio preference. We are open to a one year lease then move to month to month Preference is given to non pet owning tenants.
