We have two-story loft units available with access to a seasonal outdoor pool, basketball court, 7.5 acres of open space with fresh water pond (stocked with Trout annually), Park and playground, in the beautiful scenic animas valley, close proximity to downtown. Two secured coin Laundry Facilities and a Secured Mail Room. All units have Air Conditioning and Heating. Application fee $25 per person 18 and older. Admin fee $100 (paid at move in). Deposit $150. Pet rent $50 a month per pet. Pet fee per pet(non refundable) $250. Pet Deposit per pet(refundable) $250. The units start at $1075 a month not including utilities and go up in price depending on the amenities inside the unit and the location on the property. Tenants pay all utilities.
