Apt unit is located on 6th floor of 5755 Hermann Park. Looking for someone to take over entire apt for the remaining term of my lease (now - 08/31/2021). You can live for FREE this month (I have already paid rent for Dec). If you are able to stay till the end of the lease term, I will offer you another FREE month (I will refund your last month's rent). Rent does not include utilities. Possible to renew the lease with apartment management after lease expires.
