Welcome to our first-floor condo located in the "B" building of Park Shore Resort, nestled within a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL. This charming condo offers easy access to downtown and is just a short drive from 9 miles of pristine beaches. Enjoy the convenience of on-site amenities including a heated pool, a restaurant with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. This condo is a tropical hideaway featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa, along with two full-sized bathrooms. The space includes a stackable washer and dryer for guest use. The first-floor lanai allows for easy access to all the resort amenities without the need for stairs or an elevator. Enjoy casual indoor dining for four or outdoor meals on the lanai, complete with two lounge chairs. Parking is conveniently located just outside the front door with ample guest parking available. Parking is available just outside the front door with plenty of guest parking as well. Park Shore Resort is centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, making it an ideal vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores, and is about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) are the closest beaches. Venetian Village (1.2 miles) offers waterside shopping and dining, while Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall nearby. Enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles). The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025. Each unit will take two days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement. There may be some construction noise and dust, but there will be no disruption to the community amenities or services. A maximum of six guests is allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced.
