The ever-changing panoramic views and breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed year round from inside or outside the home. The property provides views of recognizable mountain peaks such as Mt Pisgah, Cold Mountain and Crabtree Bald which makes you feel like you are miles away from town. Surprisingly, you are only a few minutes from Asheville and all is has to offer including restaurants, breweries, galleries, the River Arts District and the Biltmore Estate.
You will immediately feel at home as you step inside and the natural light floods over you. This comfortable home has a bright open floor plan with tall floor to ceiling windows and doors that bring the expansive views indoor to enjoy. You also have several options if you want to spend time outside. You can enjoy reading a book on the front porch swing or curl up and take a nap on the oversize chairs on the covered back porch. The stone patio is equipped with a Yoga chest containing all the essentials needed for a relaxing yoga session facing the view. In addition, there is a spacious upper and lower yard which is perfect for outdoor games.
This mountain home is surrounded by beauty and privacy and will have you wanting for nothing! It features 5 newly renovated guest rooms designed with the comfort of guests in mind, as well as a tv in each room. The primary bedroom has a stone gas fireplace with floor to ceiling doors that open to a spacious stone patio with reclining outdoor chairs that face the western views. You can also enjoy the mountain views from the luxurious jacuzzi tub in the adjoining ensuite.
Enjoy cooking meals with family and friends in the large, fully equipped kitchen. You can dine at the cozy kitchen table next to the stone fireplace or in the formal dining room. After a day of exploring, relax with a drink on the grand covered porch or gather around the fire pit and enjoy the stunning sunset views. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Rates are open to negotiation with seasonality, length of stay, and holidays being considered.
Length of stay payment terms:
90 days - guest will pay 50% at booking and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
90 days - guest will pay first month + security + any additional custom fees (i.e. trash, pet fee, one time cleaning fee) at booking and rent is then due at the first of each month.
Note the following requirements might want to be stated.
- Some reservations will incur a $35 trash pick up fee every 10 days, depending on the property.
- Mid Stay Clean is required every 30 days (fees outlined at booking). Fee is hourly and assessed at the completion of the service.
There is a $350 monthly cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your entitlement to all or a portion of the rental fee depends on the timing of your cancellation in relation to the
Check-in date as follows:
90 Days: Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the Check-in date are eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee, a $350.00 service charge and, if applicable, the Travel Insurance Premium.
90 - 61 Days: Cancellations, or changes shortening the stay, that are made between ninety (90) and sixty-one (61) days ahead of the Check-in date, forfeit the initial payment but excuses you in the case of a full cancellation from having to make the second payment.
61 Days: Cancellations, or changes shortening the stay, that are made with fewer than sixty-one (61) days from the Check-in date forfeit all payments, including taxes, with the exception in the case of a full cancellation of Cleaning Fees and the taxes associated with those Cleaning Fees.
Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent.
