The duplex is attached to a large H shaped house, owned and built by the artist in residence and the duplex is quite separate from owners residence and always updated for decades now. The setting is truly serene and park like. Pool to lounge beside or two different screened in areas to sit. Take the canoe out on the lake and experience its beauty. Sit on the Adirondack chairs lake side and just chill. If you every feel like leaving the property, you'll find the local villages of Woodstock and Saugerties to be very special. Lots of small shops to browse thru, incredible restaurants to try out. The Fall colors here will blow your mind. This is truly a four season get away and this property is very special, with decades of work to show for it. You will also get to meet my German Shepherd, Max and my Siamese cat, Kiko!
