The water is from the run off on the land and pumped into cisterns. The holding tank handles the waste. The camp is off grid, however it is wired with circuit breakers and uses a generator that is in the generator shed. The cook stove is gas and you can even get a fridge to run off the gas. The large eat in kitchen has a wood stove to cozy up to. There is even a kerosene monitor for the really cold days. The large deck is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The camp is set off the road a bit for privacy and has a nice level area for camping. The back of the property would be ideal for hiking and hunting. ATV trails are abundant in the area. All season activities to keep you busy or even AIRBNB it! Jenkins Road is a summer town maintained road, it is seasonal and it does not get plowed.
