This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located on a quiet 1.5 acres near the Eastport Canadian border (25 miles north of Bonners Ferry). The home is NOT furnished (photos show it with previous vacation rental furniture). The living space is located on the second level of the home. The first level is considered the basement with dirt floors. This can be used as a "shop" or working space. The appliances included in the rental are: washer, dryer, stove/oven and microwave. There isn't a garage, but plenty of parking for cars and RV's. A snowblower is available for tenant use. The house has propane and electric wall heating. This is NOT a mobile home. Previous tenants moved out at no fault of the owner or property. Animals are negotiable and available for an additional non-refundable pet deposit. January move-in can be possible. Tenant is required to pay for electricity (Northern Lights), water ($25 a month on shared well) and internet (Ziply, EL or Starlink). First, last and deposit are required at move-in. No exceptions.
