The neighborhood is very quiet. Not crowded. All sports lakes. Some of the homes are year round, others are vacation homes. We have an abundance of wild life. Great fishing. 22000 acre Yankee Springs recreation and games area, next door on the north NW end of the lake. There ar no public boat launches on the lakes.
