This house was last sold in April 2010 for $120,258. . I think this is outstanding by for $35,000. Most of the carpet is in great shape. It does not need to be replaced only cleaned. Some of the siding has deteriorated on the back side of the house. But that should be easily repaired. The interior of the house is in very good condition. The paint may need some touching up.
