TWO Rentable Cabins for ONE PRICE! Two identical cottages, Trillium Twins, that can each sleep up to 10 people which can be on a rental program. Cottages are fully furnished with high end designer touches. Each cottage has a living room, full kitchen, 2 baths, wood burning fireplace, loft, and a porch all tucked in the woods, yet close to Trillium Amenities. Close access to club house, first tee, pool, and tennis. ALL High end designer furnishings are included. Club membership is optional, but amenities only available if a Club Member. Trillium is friendly and enjoyable, the Golf Professionals are very accommodating and accessible, encouraging every level of play. The club's marina on Lake Glenville offers motor boat and kayak rentals. The Lake club parties are always a huge hit, featuring talented local bands and spectators can't help but join in the fun. An easy place to relax and enjoy the club amenities: golf, tennis, swimming, lake activities, tennis , fitness center and croquet. For those interested in a book club or hiking, Trillium offers both. Summer Camp is a wonderful and highly anticipated yearly experience for children and grandchildren. The club membership is a family membership which allows immediate children, their spouses and their children to use the golf, tennis & fitness center, all free of charge. If the property is used by the owner as a vacation rental, the renters will only pay: the amenity fee of $40 a day, or $185 a week. The renters will have access to everything in the club in the same guidelines as the appropriate membership of the owner of the property. The renters would also pay a cart fee and greens fee when playing golf. Great family compound.
