BAY VIEW is surrounded by tall pines, ferns and blueberry bushes and overlooks beautiful Brantingham Lake's North Bay. This rustic, Adirondack-style, seasonal lake front camp has been recently restored close to it's original condition; with the addition of ceiling fans throughout. The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled to be more in-line with today's customs. Bay View's fully equipped kitchen - Plenty of Counter Space - Farm Sink - Gas Stove - Microwave - Large Refrigerator - Coffee Maker - Blender - Toaster - All Cooking Utensils - All Eating Utensils The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The downstairs master bedroom includes a Queen Bed and is located directly across from the bathroom. The upstairs dormitory style bedroom has a grouping of two Twin Beds and a grouping of two Double Beds. The screen porch, dining area and family room overlook the lake. There's plenty of seating on the porch, an over-sized dining table is great for family board games (included), and the cozy family room includes cable TV/ DVD. An open lean-to near the driveway is available to protect your bikes and toys. Come and enjoy the abundance of a well stocked lake! Brantingham Lake is a private lake and therefore will not be included on the NYDEC fish stocking web page. We contribute to the fish stocking program that stock Lake and Brown Trout in Brantingham Lake. Catch and release is strongly encourage with Trout -- but the Bass is so abundant we recommend keeping any sizable Bass you catch. ***We provide a 4-man flat bottomed row boat (Jon boat) and a map of the lake for fishing or exploration. ALL FURNISHINGS CONVEY INCLUDING A ROWBOAT, CANOE AND 2 MAN KAYAK
