I noticed that my Zillo ad has the old description of our home so I correcting it now: The house sits in a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. The improvements are as follows; we fenced it all around with a white vinyl fence to make it children/pet safe, added a 14 x 20 foot shed. Added a 14 x 14 foot gazebo for all your family and friends get together. Also a covered deck with a small balcony extention to accommodate a small grill for all year grilling. It has a beautiful pond on the east side of the house with a small patio for whenever you want to sit and enjoy a nice evening (that's in case you don't want to sit in the gazebo instead). Inside: in kitchen are all new appliances replaced at around 3 years ago, a Samsung 25.5 cu. ft. french door refrigerator, a whirlpool 1.9 cu. ft. microwave oven, a Samsung 30-in 5 burner self-cleaning range, a Kenmore dishwasher which came with the house but its in excellent condition and we hardly use. In the dining room we put in a new sliding door. All newer laminate wood flooring throughout dining room, kitchen, living room and hallway. New bathroom floor tiles with improved vanity and new shower fixtures. We replaced the old electric baseboard heating system with a LG heat pump system that provides central ac/heat for upstairs and Mitsubishi minisplits for downstairs that also provides ac/heat. We also replaced the old 100amp electric service with a 200amp one and added solar. All windows have been replaced with energy efficient triple pane windows. Freshly painted throughout. Downstairs you will find a nice comfortable TV/Family room and a good size office, plus laundry room with half bath. Also downstairs is an extra room we use as a pantry room.
