The Kailua Beach Park is a mecca for those living an active lifestyle where you can take advantage of the calm water to swim within the safe zone buoys or go for a jog/bike on the bike path. Kayaks can be rented and re a short walk away so you can access the offshore Mokulua Islands. The windsurfing/kite boarding beach is also walking distance and lessons are available. This is a perfect location to work remotely while enjoying the best of Oahu! Owner pays for all utilities, wifi and cable included. Absolutely no smoking or pets. Maximum occupants is two people and one vehicle. We are compliant with Hawaii State and Honolulu City and County ordinance and leases are for minimum of 1 month. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes to be paid by tenant as well as a one time cleaning fee of $200.
