You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors No parties allowed on site If there are any undisclosed guests, there will be a $500 fine per person. Please observe that we charge extra guest fees when the number of guests results in extra use of utilities, extended cleaning times, or similar variable hosting cost increases Please advise if you have pets: We charge a pet fee of... $25/day per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to... $150/week per pet and... $300/month per pet for longer term guests. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge. Additional fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets and larger animals ( 25lbs) require prior approval Please cover the furniture and guard against pet smell with pet grooming Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine. Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. Cameras if present, are placed for exterior of property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present. If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts... Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it.
