In addition this home is located a 5 minute easy walk to Cape Corals only beach and Olympic pool with diving boards and a kiddies pool area, all for public use. These water features are all within the Capes largest and certainly contains the best public park features in the city. Some other all public, NO FEE park amenities are automobile parking, a large children's playground on the beach, a 700 foot fishing/strolling pier, fuel dock, two public no fee boat ramps providing gulf access, several tennis courts, squash/racquet ball courts, large enclosed beach pavilion, adult and senior community centers, and a huge ballroom. Also available for a reasonable fee are jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. In addition, within this Community Park is the Cape's largest public yacht/boat basin. A PRIVATE boat slip within a 1 minute walk is available with this rental and will accommodate up to a 40' vessel. This will put your boat in the 250' canal and only 8 homes away from the river. This home is nicely furnished and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults w/sleeper sofa. All areas of this home and property are handicap accessible, ramps throughout where needed. A huge rear outdoor screened lanai extends out from the under roof fully furnished lanai with beautifully comfortable outdoor tables loveseats and chairs. Included is a gas and charcoal bar-b-que grill for your outdoor grilling pleasure. In addition, there are plenty of popular games and sporting equipment, including a beautiful regulation billiard table, ping pong table, new multi speed bicycles, etc. Two large screen televisions, DVD player, premium channel cable tv, streaming stick and wifi for internet and to connect to your Amazon account or ?.
