A PRIVATE boat slip within a 1 minute walk is available with this rental and will accommodate up to a 40' vessel. This will put your boat in the 250' canal and only 8 homes away from the river. This home is nicely furnished and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults w/sleeper sofa. All areas of this home and property are handicap accessible, ramps throughout where needed. A huge rear outdoor screened lanai extends out from the under roof fully furnished lanai with beautifully comfortable outdoor tables loveseats and chairs. Included is a gas and charcoal bar-b-que grill for your outdoor grilling pleasure.
