Each Applicant's or Occupant's signature on the Application for Residency authorizes Blu on Farrington to check the applicant's credit history and its criminal history. Some of the qualifying criteria below apply to the applicants only; other criteria apply to the applicants and the occupants. Once the application(s) are approved, all applicants 19 years of age and older will be listed as leaseholders on the rental agreement. All applicants are required to have verifiable income. The combined gross monthly income for applicants must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent to be paid by the lease applicants. Acceptable proof of income includes the most recent two (2) consecutive pay stubs but may also include other forms of documentation. You may contact your leasing consultant for more information. Each applicant shall pay a non-refundable application fee of $75 for verification of information and credit approval. A holding deposit of $200 will be due at time of application in order to hold an apartment for up to 72 hours. Should applicant cancel within the 72 hours, the holding deposit is refundable.
