Tenants pay electricity, water/sewer and discounted (for summer) monthly propane cost. Owner pays internet and trash pickup. Tenant can use remaining wood supply. Owner pays water and internet. Renter pays electric and garbage and pro rata for propane and firewood. This is a 5 month lease, needs to end by Sept 30.
