very friendly neighbors who are there if needed (and have been here 10-20 years) horse trails surrounding our home so many times can see horses riding trails though on 1.24 acres, we are surrounded by acres of undeveloped and undevelopable property (woods and rock outcroppings) so seems like there is more land house is pretty far off street so children can play in yard without worry about cars, also affords quiet days/night middle school is 1/2 mile away; elementary school is 1.5 miles
