This home was renovated in 2018. All work was permitted and inspected from Pennsburg Borough. During the renovations a new lifetime architectural roof was installed, all the sewer was replaced inside and outside the house to the cleanout, all new pex water lines were installed, all electric was replaced including the service and in the walls and ceilings, All new flooring was installed, new drywall was installed, all new high efficiency gas filled windows were installed, a bathroom was added on the 1st floor, an all new kitchen was installed along with all bathroom amenities, the house was converted to natural gas for heat and a whole house AC unit was also installed, the old cast iron radiators were removed and new duct work was put in its place, recessed lighting was put throughout the downstairs, the laundry was moved from the basement to the second story, and the whole house got a fresh coat of paint. This property is like new and yet we were able to keep a lot of the original qualities it possessed.
