    Westshore Dr. is one of Gulf Harbors most desired locations: great views, shaded lots, great neighbors, and it is a great street on which to walk or ride bikes because there is very little traffic. This house was built in 1983 and has 2252 sq. ft. of heated space. This three-level home has an all metal roof that was installed not long before we bought the house in 2010. The first level has a double garage and lots of basement space for additional possibilities. The second level has a good sized living room with a vaulted ceiling, a den, a dining room, a kitchen and a half bath. The third level has a bathroom with a vaulted ceiling and three spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings (one is a loft style with a private bathroom). This home also has an elevator/dumb waiter lift from the basement to the next level. There is an abundance of balconies and a large deck which makes this home perfect for entertaining. There is a unique pool with a waterfall. The pool has a gradually sloping shallow end that gives you a sense of walking into the water at a beach. The deep end has built-in underwater stools for poolside lounging and enjoying a cold drink. A deep water sailboat friendly mooring lot, which is located on the other side of the street directly on the main channel, is included with this home. You are in the open Gulf in a matter of seconds. Gulf Access does not get much better than this! This mooring lot has a dock with a 1300 lb. boat lift that was installed just before we bought the house in 2010. There are also two davits on the mooring lot and a floating dock. The mooring lot has electrical and water service available. An added bonus is a private beach a stroll down the street only for Gulf Harbors' members to enjoy. You will see some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. This is not a new home but it is a very comfortable home with fantastic views and access to many activities. The house lot and mooring lot alone are worth what we are asking for the whole place. Off water lots with no house or mooring lot are selling for almost what we are asking for this house and mooring lot. You will be buying the home "as is". The house needs a little more TLC to bring it back into its original pristine state, but what a great location! If you thought a Gulf Front view home wasn't in your price range, think again!
