The home has a brand new furnace and AC unit installed in the summer of 2022. Internet comes with rent and speeds are a blazing fast 1Gbps upload and 1Gbps download speed! Washer and dryer are not coin operated. There is a lounge area on the side of the house and a burn pit in the backyard. (Can be used any time of the year). The lease will be from the beginning of Fall 2025 to the end of Spring 2026 semester lease. You can request for a longer lease to cover Summer semester of 2026 to keep your room too if you'd like.
