This unique brick building unit is 800 sq/ft with 2 bed/ 1 bath and all new updates including central AC/ Heat, furnace, hot water heater, all appliances, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, bathroom and shared laundry room but your own personal stackable washer/dryer.
