The third bedroom, located on the first floor, includes a queen bed. The home boasts three full bathrooms, each ensuite to the bedrooms, and an additional half bathroom on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided, although pool towels are not included. Step into a private paradise with a sparkling outdoor swimming pool, perfect for lazy afternoons or small lively pool gatherings. The elegant bathrooms feature modern fixtures and fittings, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The highlight is the serene backyard oasis, featuring a mesmerizing swimming pool, your private retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in process, with detailed instructions provided one day prior to your arrival. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. The home is in Cottage Grove, Houston TX, very close to Downtown, Energy Corridor, Galleria, Medical Center Area, and more! The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical architecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities. A short 7-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Memorial Park, a vast urban park known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities. Additionally, a 15-minute drive will lead you to the famous Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros baseball team. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly, and the fireplace is out of order. A laptop computer is not included.
