Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, with an additional half bathroom on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. Step into a private paradise with a sparkling outdoor swimming pool, perfect for lazy afternoons or small gatherings. Comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for rest and relaxation. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. The home is located in Cottage Grove, Houston, TX, very close to Downtown, Energy Corridor, Galleria, Medical Center Area, and more. The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical architecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities. A short 7-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Memorial Park, a vast urban park known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities. Additionally, a 15-minute drive will lead you to the famous Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros baseball team. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations, so please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Landscaping is done once a week, and two security cameras are installed outside for security. The fireplace is out of order, and there is no cable available.
