Set on an acre, this riverfront home has plenty of room in a scenic mountain location. There have been numerous amenities added for convenience as one ages. Directly behind the house is a courtyard style garden as well as a sitting area. (This is where we had our patio set.) The property hosts a variety of established fruits: Small varieties~ strawberries, grapes, black berries, rhubarb, herbs etc. Large varieties~ 4 kinds of apples, 2 pear, multiple plum, service berry. In addition, there are numerous flowering plants including lilacs, crepe myrtle, mock orange, hydrangea, honeysuckle, clematis, wisteria, to name a few. One other feature is a small playhouse that has been converted to a chicken coop. It is about 12'x12'. Wildlife is abundant in the area. It is not uncommon to see deer or quail in the yard, elk on the side of the mountain, watch salmon head to their spawning grounds or hear a heron in the river. Every season is beautiful.
