Any internet upgrades will be on the renter. Renter will also be responsible for paying a $50 background and credit check fee (unless you use the Zillow application process). Pet fees are $50 per month per pet. No cigarette smoking is allowed in the cottage. Parking is free for the first two vehicles and $25 a month for any additional cars.
