Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located, fully furnished home. Our kitchen is being remodeled now, and will be complete before December. We have two bedrooms, and a full bathroom upstairs. We also have an upright piano in the living room. (The basement area will be closed off as that is where we have our things.) We are just one mile north of Legacy Emmanuel Hospital, and also one mile to three different walkable districts (Mississippi, Vancouver-Williams and Alberta). We are surrounded by beautiful parks, boutique shops, good coffee, food and beer. Perfect for traveling nurses, newcomers to the city or any other medium term rental needs. We are also close to I-5 (less than 1 mile) and the airport (15 minutes), but you can't hear any interstate traffic or commercial planes from our cozy little home! We are also right on the #44 bus line to downtown, and a main road for bicycles (Vancouver Ave). There is also plenty of street parking, and even a driveway space. We have a greenhouse/sun room, and a back patio that is lovely in the spring and summer. We have a lot of house plants as well that will likely need some watering. We will not plan to be in the house at all while renting, but would check in first in the unlikely event we need to get in to our room in the basement. All utilities are included (water, electricity, gas, garbage and wifi) and our maid will also come twice a month on Wednesdays to clean the house! Lease will be from 8 to 12 weeks (2-3 months). No smoking or pets allowed due to allergies. Unfortunately no candles or fires in the wood stove allowed due to insurance restrictions. However, all utilities are included! (Water, gas, electricity, garbage and internet.) We will need help watering the indoor house plants, but it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes per week. (We have many outdoor plants but the rain takes care of them!) The property is entirely furnished, but we do not have a TV. (We may make a monitor available that with a laptop could be used as a TV.) We also do not have a workspace available, other than the dining room table. But, we could rearrange things to make that a possibility if required.
