I recently moved here for work and rented this 2 BR/2 BA apartment at the Bainbridge Lake Linganore apartments. I love the complex and the apartment itself. The unit is brand new, bright and spacious. The apartment has a balcony with amazing views of the sunset. The bathrooms are enormous. The kitchen has it all.. stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, in-unit full size washer/dryer. The complex has every amenity... a nice gym, a lounge, coffee bar, pool (with lifeguard), patio, fire pits, off-leash area for dogs, a dog washing room, secure package room, etc. This place has it all. I am ONLY looking to move because a place came open closer to where I work. Otherwise I would stay here forever. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which runs until 2/28/2022. The rent is $1950.00 per month plus utilities. They allow pets for an extra monthly fee. You would have to be vetted by the management company in order to take over my lease... this is not a sublet.
