Home was damaged in Hurricane Michael (CAT 5, October 2018). Faired very well considering other homes in the area. New roof, floor covering, drywall in master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room. Cabinets were replaced in kitchen. They were ok but they had to remove these to check for mold and do an air quality check. No mold. Insurance company wanted new cabinets. New insulation (roll type) in the attic as well. we replaced the A/C unit in 2020 as it was 25 years old. The old one was not damaged in the hurricane.
