I am Studying abroad and looking for someone to take my lease for the duration of the spring semester at San Diego State. The lease would begin around mid January and end mid July. It is a spacious and clean apartment that can easily fit two tenants and three for a squeeze. One bedroom and one bath. I am renting the apartment at a discount of what I am currently paying. My ask price is $1,300 a month. For furniture and kitchenware to be included, I am asking for $1,350 a month. The place is minimally quiet for an on campus apartment and a 5 minute walk to class.
