There is NO garage. There IS a CARPORT. When you show this property to the public, you say it has a fireplace. It does NOT have a fireplace. You also said the property is wider than it is. It is only 62 feet wide. The property description starts with a wide width number but that large property was divided and is mine is now only a small part of the original width. The corner and the first house is owned by one person and then there's my house. The property description in the deed STARTS with that WIDER area and then subtracts the other portion OUT. I have no fireplace and I have no garage. I have a driveway and carport. All is on one level - no basement and no upstairs. The home had a new complete roof in 2017.
