This is a great little trailer, 2/1 with remodeled bathroom and remodeled kitchen. All of the appliances work great. There is an outside shed for storage. I will be including the washer and dryer in the unit for the buyer. The house needs 2 things, both of which are optional, #1 a fresh coat of paint for living room which I have already bought and have at the trailer. #2 The carpet is coming up in a few places but not too bad. For less than the price of a junk used car you can buy this because I'm moving and need to get rid of it someone will get an amazing deal. I am selling as is with no price reductions. It's already $12,000 cheaper than the next 2/1 that's for sale in the trailer park and nicer in my opinion. With a little tlc you could resell this for a lot more than what your buying it for from me for. Lot rent is $695, yes thats a little high but you get what you pay for, if you want $400 lot rent you get $400 people that live there lol. This is the nicest trailer park I've ever seen.
