The Neighborhood The neighborhood is very walkable/bikable with a supermarket/restaurants/parks/library/pharmacy etc. all within a few minutes walk. MacArthur Bart is about a 7 minute walk and it well connected to a variety of bike highways. Its a nice neighborhood with a good mix of families, young folks, renters, and long term residents. The House The house is quite large in a nice Victorian home with very tall ceilings, (tall enough that the closets actually have two bars to hang things from). There is also a large living and dining room. There is ample storage space and a huge semi finished attic accessible from stairs at the back of the house. The bathroom was recently remodeled and new wooden flooring installed throughout the house. Everything has been freshly painted. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Also in the basement is a pool table, bubble hockey machine, a well outfitted gym setup, and a small workshop. There is also a large backyard and greenhouse. The attic, basement, and yard are shared with the downstairs unit. In summary there is a lot of space for whatever activities you might be into. The unit comes with one off street parking spot and there is plenty street parking in front of the house beyond that. Utilities and Logistics Garbage is paid by the owner, while water and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant. There is the option to share the fiber internet connection with the downstairs tenants. Pets are not allowed Move in requires first month rent and a security deposit of $3100.
