The apartment is beautifully maintained, spacious with hardwood floors, built-in features, and free laundry. We have a guest room/yoga room. Your room has a view of treetops, the Boston skyline, and gets lots of light. It features a walk-in closet and comes furnished (if you want; specific item prices to be negotiated with previous tenant). We are less than a mile from Harvard, Kendall/MIT, Union Square, and Central Square. One minute to bus stops on Hampshire and Cambridge Streets, 12-min walk to Red Line at Central Sq.
