Rent, Deposits, and Fees
Monthly Rent: $2200 per month (rent amount to be determined).
Security Deposit: First month's rent plus an additional one month's rent as a security deposit, due at lease signing.
Late Payment Fee: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is received after the 5th, a late fee of $50 per day will be applied starting on the 6th day.

Maintenance and Repairs

Occupancy and Conduct
