Apartment 1 features three bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a full bed, along with a futon in the living area. It includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. Apartment 2 offers a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a quaint kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa. Apartment 3, located on the upper level, has two bedrooms with a king bed, a twin bed, and a double bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes two full bathrooms and a kitchen with a small dining table. Apartment 4, also on the upper level, has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-appointed kitchen. All units have a washer and dryer and are pet-friendly. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $50 pet fee per pet. Additional costs may apply for extra cleanup in the yard or home due to pets. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Situated in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District, this home allows you to enjoy the storied history of old-town Mobile. While driving is recommended to explore all that Mobile has to offer, Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Guests should be aware that the stairs to Apartments 3 and 4 might be a little steep. Access to each unit is through a digital keypad. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged. This home offers Wi-Fi but does not have an ethernet connection.
