Beautiful first floor apartment in two family home in sought after Pawtuckville section of Lowell. Hardwood floors, washer/dryer hookups in large bathroom, newly painted and recently renovated, gas stove, gas heat. Pictures were taken during the painting process. We'll update the pics once it is complete. This is a month-to-month rental. There is no specified end date. Most of our tenants stay many years. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the apartment or common areas. Parking is on-street in front of the house. Tenants pay for heat, electric and cable. First, last and security deposit required. Tenants must shovel themselves. We may be able to plow, but do not guarantee it. There is a small back and front yard that needs to be maintained.
