My home is NOT in a sub-division, it's on 278 (Atlanta Hwy). ** Home is NOT furnished ** We have a background check policy. We are looking for someone who can keep our home clean, no drugs, pay rent & bills on time. The home or barn are not ready for horse/cattle. Our homes are pet friendly, but breed restrictions may apply. We do not advertise on Craigslist and will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. Nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and recurring pet fees of additional $35 monthly pet rent per pet (excluding service animals).
