This is an excellent mix of deer, bear, and grouse habitat!! The property has a great mix of timbered areas mixed with opening's and natural edges for the game to naturally follow. I flushed grouse in a couple of those edge areas. I also saw deer sign in many of these areas including some nice rubs. A porcupine was pretty surprised when I stumbled upon him taking his afternoon walk. I walked the timbered areas on the northern part of the property first and when I circled back out to the road I spotted a large buck track that came out of this property heading east. I drove the road before I went in and didn't see this track. It would have been hard to miss if it would have been there before I walked the property so there's a good chance I busted it out of the timber while I was out there. There are some great areas for someone to bring up that camper or build that hunting shack as well if someone was to put in a driveway. Power available at road. Snowmobile trail less than mile away.
