Shuler & Adler built in 1983 to FHA Specs. Was complety sheeted with 3/4" plywood. New GFA Shingled roof in 2015. New vinyl plank flooring in kitchen, living room, hallway and 1 bedroom in 2022. A room is finished in the basement for my model railroad.
